I have never been so excited about a 'diet' program!

Here's my story:
I have always been slightly overweight. As a child, I was chubby; tall and 'large' for my age. I finally thinned out between 6th and 7th grade. By the end of 9th grade I was finished growing and fully figured at 5'7" and 150 lbs. I remained this weight through highschool. I tried a popular protein shake diet in highschool and used Weight Watchers, but could never lose very well. I would lose a little and then put it right back on again. I gained about 20 more lbs. in college and tried the 'cabbage soup' diet to lose the extra weight before I was married. It worked. But I gained 8 lbs. back the first month I was married.

Over the next 20+ years of marriage, moving around, and 8 children later I found myself over 60 lbs. heavier, struggling with depression more frequently, and hating to shop for clothes or be seen in shorts or a swim suit. I visited a doctor who put me on a 1500 calorie/day diet. I kept a journal. I felt better, but didn't lose weight. I cut out all sugar and white flour from my diet for 15 months the first time and a year the second time. I tried walking for an hour a day as well. The excercise and healthier eating did improve my health, but I still didn't lose the weight. I tried Weight Watchers again without success. Desparate, I tried several of the 'miracle' pills you can send away for in the mail only to return them for a refund every time because they didn't work for me. I was continually picking up weight loss products; searching the internet for diets to try.

In about 2005, my married daughter and her husband began training for and participating in triathlons. My husband decided to get involved and talked me into training for one as well. I was encouraged because I believed that this was just what I needed to get me back in shape. I supposed that by counting my calories and following a steady workout regime I would surely lose that extra weight. Again, I cut out all sugar and refined products. I followed a healthy diet and consistant excercise regime. After 7 months of keeping a food journal and training diligently, I finished my first triathlon weighing 192 lbs. I had successfully lost 20 lbs. in 7 months! By the next January, when I began my training again, I had gained all of that weight back! This time, after workiing out and following a balanced and healthy diet for 7 months, I finished my second triathlon at 197 lbs. I had only lost 15 lbs. in 7 months this time! Within 3 months after finishing by triathlon, I was back up to 202 lbs. and busting out of my size 16 pants. After all my hard work, I decided that my body just wanted to be that size and that I might as well be happy with myself the way I was.

About that time, I recieved a flier in the mail from a previous aquaintance, Becky Greer. She had a new and exciting 'diet' program to introduce to me that would definitely work. I tossed it aside. I had heard those claims before and I knew those wonderful diets never worked for me. But, a couple weeks later, after having to purchase size 18 pants, I pulled the flier out and gave Becky a call.

Becky was very encouraging. After spending quite some time talking with her and asking numberless questions, I decided to give her program a try. I was skeptical to say the least, but it didn't take long to make a believer out of me. I didn't lose weight as fast as some, but I had never experienced a 1/2 lb. a day weight loss in my life! It really was too good to be true, and yet I stared in unbelief at the truth everyday as I stood on my scale!

I am grateful for this program. It has truly changed my life. I have lost over 40 lbs. and shrunk from a size 18 to a size 10. ( I couldn't fit into a size 10 pant even in highschool !) I have lost more inches than weight and in places I thought would never be possible. I went from being a 1X woman to buying a size M in everything. It's a wonderful feeling. I feel like I have found the real me again.

This program works. It is truly amazing. It is so worth it! It produces such immediate results! And it will keep on working because it teaches you how to eat for the rest of your life so that you can enjoy the new you as long as you choose!

I believe anyone, no matter what their weight issues, could achieve successful weight loss using this program and keep it off for the rest of their life.

I can't say enough positive things about this program. My doctor told me I needed to lose 25 pounds and give me a deadline. I needed to do this to get my blood pressure under control. I tried dieting with exercise for over one year and lost a total of 8 pounds. It was very discouraging and my blood pressure was still not under control even though I was taking more milligrams of medication.
